Transportation to South Florida’s Signature Events

Race weekend, opening night, the boat show.

South Florida runs on a calendar. For most of the year, Fort Lauderdale to South Beach is a predictable 45 minutes. During Grand Prix weekend, Art Basel, or the boat show, it is not — and the difference is not just increased traffic. It is closed streets, moved drop-off points, garages full by mid-morning, and forty thousand people trying to leave at the same moment.

We plan those weeks the way we plan an airport run: in advance, with the route settled before the day arrives.

What changes when the city fills up

Access is credentialedStadium and convention center perimeters move on event days. The drop-off you used last month may be closed to vehicles this week.
Parking runs out earlyGarages near the venues fill well before the gates open, which turns a short drive into a long walk.
Surge pricing arrivesRideshare fares climb sharply, and drivers begin declining the trips that take them into the congestion.
Leaving is the hard partEveryone exits at once. A pre-arranged pickup point is worth more at 11pm than it was at 6pm.
Nights run longDinner moves, the after-party moves, the plan changes. Hourly service handles that; a one-way booking does not.
Parties split upSix people rarely leave together, and holding a second or third vehicle curbside is nearly impossible during these events. We plan the split in advance.

How we work an event

  • One chauffeur for the run of it. The same person for the whole visit — someone who already knows where you are staying, where you are going, and where the car will be waiting.
  • Hourly, as directed. The most useful booking for an event week. The car stays with you, the plan can change, and nobody is standing on a corner at midnight.
  • A pickup point agreed in advance. Decided before you arrive, so leaving does not depend on finding each other in a crowd.
  • Vehicles sized to the party. A sedan for two, a Sprinter limousine for a party of twelve, a coach for a larger group, or a combination of vehicles for grander gatherings — whatever the need, we have you covered.
  • Airport transfers around the event. Airport traffic doubles during event weeks. We closely monitor both flights and traffic conditions to ensure smooth transitions.

When to book

Our calendar for these weeks fills earlier than people expect — not because of us, but because the whole market is booked at once. Vehicles are finite in a way hotel rooms are not.
