A conference runs on the assumption that people are where the agenda says they are.
Convention transport is a scheduling problem with a thousand moving parts: arrivals spread across several days and multiple airports, hotel blocks scattered across a city, a keynote program that cannot start late, and a closing where everyone leaves at once or staggered throughout the day. We approach this as a cohesive program, rather than a collection of individual bookings.
What a convention program covers
- Arrival and departure management — meeting delegates across FLL, MIA, and PBI/DJT over multiple days
- Hotel-to-venue shuttles — running on a published loop so attendees can plan around it
- VIP and speaker transport — dedicated vehicles for people whose time is the tightest
- Evening and offsite events — moving the whole delegation to a dinner or reception and back
- On-site coordination — on-site coordinators are available upon request; fees vary based on requirements
Venues we serve
South Florida’s convention calendar centers on the Broward County Convention Center, the Miami Beach Convention Center, the Miami Airport Convention Center, and the Palm Beach County Convention Center, plus the larger resort properties that host their own events.
Planning window
Large programs are best scoped four to six weeks ahead of the event. Late inquiries are still worth making — availability is the constraint, not willingness.
